All our web sites are designed with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) in mind and with what is considered to be best practice in terms of navigation and layout. Your website visitors should be able to tell immediately what service or product your company sells or provides.
Consultation
After contacting OSD we will invite you to our office for a FREE half hour consultation to discuss your needs, your customers needs and Website requirements in order to provide you with a comprehensive quote.
Workshop
If you are happy to proceed with our quotation and upon payment of deposit, we will organise to meet with you and discuss your web design and brand needs. We will explain the technicalities, we will develop a provisional eMarketing strategy and agree on a project management plan, timelines, deadlines and dependencies.
Design Stage
We will create designs for you based on Internet best practice and specifications from workshop discussions. We will then send a secure link to you for your comments, approval and sign-off.
Quality Control & Test Stage
On completion of the project, your Website will go through an objective quality control process by a member of the OSD team not directly involved in the project to ensure that all objectives and standards are met.
You will then have an opportunity to see the Website for your comments and final web updates. We will then book you in for a training session at a time convenient for you in order to train you and your staff on our Content Management System (CMS).
Training Stage
Training can be delivered in our offices our yours. We offer comprehensive IT, Web training helping you to save money on updates in the future. We cover all elements of updates including editing, images, text, links, pages and of course SEO (Search Engine Optimisation and visibility)
Website “Go Live” stage
When you are satisfied the objectives set out in the original project brief have been completed, we will then require you to sign-off on our web release form in order that we may upload your finished Website to the Internet.
