November’s Sligo Tech Meetup takes place this Thursday November 27th at 8.30pm in the Digital Hub Sligo.
Aimed at connecting Sligo’s technology community, the Sligo Tech meetup is an opportunity to meet like minded people in the Sligo tech industry. To share best practices, learn from both failure and success and to keep up-to-date with what’s happening in the Tech scene across the North West.
This month’s meetup features a presentation by Hugh O’Malley founder at Tavne, a micro information technology consultancy based in Ennis, Co.Clare. Tavne work with partners in the UK and Ireland to deliver operational change in the private and public sector. Specialists in short term transition and transformation projects in complex environments. If there is a problem, they fix it and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
Some of the solutions Tavne offer include, Agile programme and project management, delivery of hardware refresh projects, tender process management, team design and development. Tavne navigate a new marketing automation product through the Ennis Innovate incubator.
The session will be followed by drinks at 9.30pm to keep the conversation going.
