Sligo Tech is back, with the next Meetup taking place this Thursday March 12th, 7.30pm at the Digital Hub Sligo.
This month’s meetup kicks off as usual with a speed networking session followed by a presentation by Victor del Rosi Director of Strategy and Business Development at Cloudstrong Ltd. Victor’s session will include a discussion on emerging technologies. Follow him on Twitter at @vicdelr.
Cloudstrong offers innovative channel-only cloud computing solutions. It was designated as a High-potential Startup (HPSU) by Enterprise Ireland in 2013.
The second presentation of the evening will feature Martha Kearns from Storylab. Martha a Sligo native is a seasoned storyteller, most recently she was news editor of The Sunday Business Post where she worked for six years.
StoryLab is a content and PR agency specialising in story creation and strategy for brands and publishers based at the IT Sligo Innovation Centre. Storylab recently produced the supplement SXNW – ‘SLIGO X NORTH WEST’ for the Irish Independent.
With the session followed by drinks at 8.30pm to keep the conversation going.
