OSD Option 2: Training
a) OSD CMS (Content Management System) BASIC: OSD have modified our own content management package and can enable it on your website. Please note the CMS is FREE and is only available in conjunction with our hosting package. It allows for updates to be made by individuals with basic IT knowledge.
*Training will be provided to 2 persons for 3 hours we will also provide you with a manual for future reference.
(There is also an ADVANCED Content Management System MODULE: It is advised that you become familiar with the basic module before upgrading. Further information is available on our website.)
b) Customised Database CMS Content Management System: In the case that you have opted for a customised database you will be provided with training on the administration section allowing you to modify the online database.
*Training will be provided to 2 persons for 3 hours we will also provide you with a manual for future reference.
c) Adobe Contribute Basics: We are registered trainers and resellers - OSD can provide you with training on web maintenance software package Adobe Contribute.
*Training will be provided to 2 persons for one day training.
d) eMarketing Training: Whilst we will endeavour to educate you in relation to search engines, understanding statistics and emarketing tools as part of the update training. It is advisable to get the best return on your investment that you learn as much as you can in regards how to market your business on the internet. OSD can provide you with a 3 hour eMarketing course that will enable you to plan and have an understanding as to how to execute an eMarketing plan.
*Training will be provided to 2 persons for three hours training.
Please note:
- It is imperative that trainees of this course have basic IT skills
(Have an ability to use WORD / Email / Browsers (Internet Explorer) / Excel)
- There maybe an additional charge if travel is required.
- Support is also included for FREE for three months from the date of the training. Thereafter support packages are available please check our website for details.
At OSD we can:
- Add / delete / replace text
- Add / delete / replace images
- Alter layout.
This is available as a once-off option or as part of a
value for money package.
